These definitely satisfy the flat bootie with foldover cuff criteria, however I really want the cuff to meet at the back and have fun tie or bow detail! Oh well, they are pretty to look at.

Ha, the leather is distressed because I wore them ALL over Buenos Aires and Santiago the minute I bought them!
