One of the big trends in bridal footwear is colored shoes. Earlier this week I posted about some classic drool worthy bridal footwear and now it's time for some dreamy and colorful choices:

For the Bride who wants the color of  love:

Yves Saint Laurent at ShopStyle
YSL Sandal for $795 @ Barneys

For the Bride that  needs "something blue":
Manolo Blahnik at ShopStyle

(Who wouldn't want Carrie Bradshaw's infamous wedding shoes!?)

For the Bride who loves green:
Christian Louboutin at ShopStyle

Christian Louboutin 'Suede Ankle Strap' Sandal for $845 @ Saks Fifth Avenue

For the Fashion Forward Bride that craves height:

They are all so beautiful!

  1. Red? Sure!
    Blue? Absolutely!

Pink? NO! Everyone who ever wears any sort of pink on their wedding day will regret it. It's just a fact. #1 their husbands will hate it and its never a good idea to start off any marriage like that, #2 if they dont regret it they are trashy.

you can maybe get away with pink if you are doing one of those weddings where there are three stages - ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner and you wear them duing cocktail hour. during the ceremony there are too many pictures and after dinner you have that whole garder thing which highlights everything below the thigh.

but hey, if you have DDDs and/or drive a Hummer, go for it!

  2. ADORE the Valentinos! I totally did a shoe change for my wedding reception--mustardy yellow patent leather peep toes. Got tons of compliments and the color popped in the wedding pics!
