2010 Shoe Purchase Results

And the results are in for the 2010 Shoe Purchase: "How Do You Match Up?"  Poll!  Out of 45 votes here is how we all match up:

9% said only a few (1-5 pairs)
26% are pretty average (6-10 pairs)
29% of voters REALLY like shoes (11-19 pairs)
36% have a serious obsession (20+ pairs)

I know I have a love for shoes but apparently most of you do too!

The Pursuit of Shoes count is 14 for 2010 and I must say I'm pretty satisfied with my "number". One of my goals in 2010 was to buy more well-made shoes that would last. You know... Quality not Quantity

It was kind of fun going through my purchases because most have an entertaining story or good memory behind them and have been documented on the blog. Here are a few of my favorites:

Barneys NY Warehouse Finds: Christian Louboutin and Alexander Wang
The Genuine Shoes and Look for Less: Elizabeth & James and Colin Stuart
Flash Sale Site Finds: Sam Edelman and L.A.M.B.
Deals TOO Good to Pass Up: Dolce Vita and Sam Edelman

Cheers to Pursuing Shoes in 2011!

  1. WOW!! I love the recap! You certainly bought quality over quantity and I loved reading back about when you bought each pair - great idea!!
