Real vs. Steal

Looks for less or total knock offs? You be the judge...
{Shoe Mint 'Stella' // Guiseppe Zanotti Sandal // Shoe Mint 'Mia' // Guiseppe Zanotti Nude Heel}

I like a great look for less but Shoemint's caged sandal is really pushing it, don't you think? However, you can't help but think how happy your bank account would be if you went with the $79 styles. Sound off... I would love to know your thoughts!

  1. I actually purchased the shoemint caged sandal without knowing they were a guiseppe knockoff..kind of wish I would didn't buy them. I will support designers works even though I don't have the money to splurge..it feels so wrong to copy their work. I'm a little surprised because I didn't know Rachel Bilson would support doing anything like that. What a shame.

  2. I am loving the "Looks for Less". They give us girls who can't break the bank all the time options. I am just not too keen on joining shoe clubs with obligations. Does it still work like that?

  3. Ughh...knockoffs for sure. Just because it is not the exact same style, does not mean, its not a knockoff. I see on all these cheap sites and especially im going to note dulcecandy, she has a new "boutique" open online that has bag that emulates the birken bag and so on. I give her props for having good style and being able to have a business, but a knock offs a knock offs a knock off. She should have original designers that designer the things she's selling. Steve madden especially "copies" Mr.Louboutin on more than one occasion, and yes I feel guilty saying I buy his shoes and love them, but he also puts out his own styles and creative art. I usually stay quite on things like this, but just because it doesn't have the distorted logo on the left, doesn't mean its not trying to be the ones on the right, for less.
