Transitioning to Fall with Chevron & Army Green

The LA heat is making it hard to jump head first into Fall but it proves for a good challenge. Try playing with prints and color to transition a Summer wardrobe. I wasn't kidding when I said that I've fully incorporated army green pieces into my Fall looks:

 Snapped up this skirt last month at Nordis and I'm obsessed! Also, can we talk about how this vest is such a great layering piece? I wore it over a feminine dress recently and it was the perfect balance of girly and cool. The Mark + James sandals are one of my faves except that they're uber delicate and I'm always afraid I'm going to hurt them - remember when I went on a mad shoe hunt for these lovelies?
